The AJWC was thrilled to volunteer at this year’s downtown holiday event, helping to set up beautiful candles along the sidewalks to create a magical glow for the evening festivities. The soft, flickering lights added the perfect touch of warmth to the streets, setting the scene for an unforgettable community gathering.
In addition to creating this cozy ambiance, the AJWC hosted a table during the event, sharing sweet treats, warm smiles, and community cheer. Volunteers handed out cookies and lip balms to attendees, welcoming everyone and connecting with members of the community, both old friends and new faces.
One of the highlights of the evening was the AJWC's raffle, offering everyone the chance to win two standard tickets to the upcoming Grants for Hope Scholarship Casino Fundraiser Night on March 29th. It was such a joy to connect with everyone, hear stories, and share laughter while spreading the excitement about the upcoming event.
The evening was a beautiful reminder of the power of coming together as a community. The AJWC loved having the chance to reconnect with members from years past and meet new friends along the way.
